Heartbroken American woman has asked Pakistan government for $5,000 a week

KARACHI – Heartbroken American national O’Neija Andrew Robbins sought $5,000 weekly compensation from the Pakistani government after being ditched by a 19-year-old Karachi boy.

The New Yorker and mother of two was thrust into the limelight after she was rejected by the family of Nidal Memon, who lives in Karachi’s Garden West. He was initially stranded at Karachi airport for a week and refused to return home.

The 33-year-old Memon is now seeking $5,000 a week in compensation from the Pakistan government after his family rejected his marriage proposal.

Desperately trying to convince his lover and his family, he sits outside his locked house in the coastal city. When asked by a local reporter to share his story, the woman asked for $3,000 to speak out. However, he has demanded the Pakistan government grant him citizenship and pay him $5,000 a week.

Robbins remains attached to the Women’s Police Station after local police expressed concern for her mental health and safety. However, he was later transferred back to the Park District at his insistence.
