Drive multiple scientific investigations simultaneously, focusing on metabolic health and nutrition solutions. Working closely with our Executive Manager of Human & Environmental Health, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and our independent Scientific Advisory Team to deliver impactful research outcomes.

Transform Complex Science into Actionable Solutions

Analyze and interpret scientific data to identify actionable intelligence for ingredient optimization, product formulation, and commercial development. Your expertise will bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and real-world applications.

Champion Innovation in Product Development

Support our Nutrition Department’s Kitchen Lab by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses that drive innovative product development. Your research will directly contribute to creating products that improve consumer health and wellness.

What You’ll Accomplish Daily

Research Excellence:

Conduct comprehensive scientific investigations in metabolic health and nutrition
Analyze and interpret complex scientific data with precision
Develop and refine research protocols and methodologies
Stay current with relevant scientific literature and emerging trends

Collaborative Innovation:

Work with diverse teams across KDD departments
Collaborate with external partners and consulting scientists
Participate in constructive scientific exchanges and peer reviews
Present findings at meetings and respond to research challenges

Scientific Communication:

Prepare compelling reports, figures, and diagrams for presentations
Contribute to scientific publications and grant proposals
Edit and proof research manuscripts for publication
Organize and catalog scientific literature and resources

Product Development Support:

Compile actionable research reports focused on commercial potential
Support systematic organization of scientific resources and methodology

What You Bring to Our Research Team

Educational Foundation

Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field
Strong academic background in nutritional science and research methodologies

Professional Experience

4-5 years of relevant work experience in food science research
2+ years in similar research roles within the food and beverage industry
Demonstrated expertise in biochemistry and food science applications

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Experience with databases and analytical/statistical software
