🔬 Role of Junior R&D Specialist :

Laboratory Excellence:

Prepare and analyze solutions, specimens, and samples for comprehensive testing
Operate state-of-the-art laboratory equipment following industry-standard practices
Conduct mechanical testing to drive product development initiatives

Research & Development:

Support cutting-edge process development and prototype manufacturing
Document experiments with full traceability in laboratory notebooks
Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking studies
Conduct market research on bread improvers and cake mixes

Strategic Support:

Collaborate with marketing teams to identify local market trends
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations
Contribute to sales reporting and project closure objectives

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
1-3 years of R&D and Quality Control experience (F&B manufacturing preferred)
Fluent English communication skills

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Basic knowledge of food ingredients and applications
Familiarity with ERP systems (advantage)
Organized and dependable work approach
