Regulatory Compliance Excellence Working closely with regulatory bodies, inspection authorities, and market QA teams, you’ll ensure our operations consistently meet and exceed statutory requirements. Your role involves gathering current standards and regulations, providing crucial support to market QA teams, and maintaining seamless communication with local authorities.

Data-Driven Quality Improvements Transform raw data into actionable insights by analyzing performance metrics, preparing comprehensive QA reports, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to enhancing our quality standards and operational efficiency.

Food Safety Surveillance Maintain our rigorous micro surveillance plans across all markets, manage lab testing trackers, and ensure immediate alerts for any non-conforming products. Your vigilance helps protect both our brand reputation and consumer safety.

Key Accountabilities That Matter

Execute all AQMS SOPs while providing expert guidance to stakeholders
Lead quarterly QA report preparation and release processes
Manage central pest management initiatives with precision
Review Arabic translations of management systems before rollout
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners
Support occupational health & safety initiatives across all operational areas

What We’re Looking For

Educational Foundation

A Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field provides the technical foundation for success in this role. We value candidates who combine academic knowledge with practical application.

Essential Experience and Skills

Passion for Safety: Genuine interest in food safety and workplace safety standards
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of GMP, food safety regulations, and workplace safety protocols
HACCP Expertise: Solid grasp of food safety management principles including HACCP systems
Compliance Proficiency: Working knowledge of compliance methodologies, with certifications like Lead Auditor or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) being advantageous
Relationship Management: Proven ability to successfully manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
