Key Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Leadership Role

As our Quality Manager, you’ll lead quality initiatives ensuring exceptional hotel standards while maximizing guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management:

Primary Quality Management Duties:

  • Quality Standards Review: Assist with reviewing operational standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Guest Feedback Analysis: Identify improvement priorities through comprehensive guest review analysis
  • Service Excellence Implementation: Enliven service and company values ensuring quality activities, systems, and processes are consistently implemented
  • S.A.L.T Program Leadership: Lead the Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracker program for enhanced guest experience
  • Data Analytics: Analyze feedback from multiple review sources identifying development opportunities
  • Performance Monitoring: Review comment cards, satisfaction results, and performance metrics
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor ReviewPro and social media platforms driving positive ranking improvements
  • Progress Reporting: Create detailed reports tracking development project progress
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with Learning and Development Manager ensuring team member excellence
  • Quality Guidelines: Establish clear expectations and operational parameters
  • Problem Resolution: Work with departmental quality champions analyzing guest issues and developing preventive solutions
  • Forbes Travel Guide Standards: Lead implementation of Forbes Travel Guide programs ensuring departmental compliance
  • Guest Experience Enhancement: Contribute to tools and systems elevating overall guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications – Luxury Hotel Experience Preferred

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication skills with multicultural guest interaction abilities
  • Luxury Property Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality properties with Forbes knowledge
  • Brand Expertise: Strong belief in luxury brand standards and implementation systems
  • Local Knowledge: Natural enthusiasm for promoting local attractions and property features
  • Time Management: Proficient multitasking abilities for varied responsibilities
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to quality standards and guest satisfaction metrics
