Food Technologist Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Food Technologist who will play a crucial role in product development, quality control, and innovation within our expanding operations. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Core Responsibilities
Product Development Excellence
- Lead the development of innovative food and beverage products from initial concept through successful market launch
- Enhance existing recipes and production processes to optimize taste profiles, texture quality, shelf life extension, and nutritional value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet market demands
Quality Control & Assurance Leadership
- Monitor and oversee production processes to maintain food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and product consistency
- Implement comprehensive quality assurance procedures including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), ISO standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Ensure compliance with international food safety regulations and UAE food standards
Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Management

- Maintain detailed documentation systems for regulatory audits and certification processes

Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Partner with manufacturing teams to successfully scale recipe formulations and enhance production efficiency

Sensory Evaluation & Consumer Insights
- Organize comprehensive taste testing sessions and sensory analysis programs
- Analyze consumer feedback to guide product development decisions
- Ensure products meet target market preferences and quality expectations
Technical Support & Collaboration
- Provide expert technical support to production, procurement, and sales departments
- Train team members on food technology best practices and safety protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or closely related field
- Advanced knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC certification systems
Technical Expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
