Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, train, and motivate diverse production teams for maximum productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations and skills development programs

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Monitor strict adherence to international food safety regulations
- Enforce HACCP, ISO quality standards throughout production processes

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Manage raw materials inventory optimization reducing operational costs

Essential Qualifications for Success
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Bakery Management, Food Science, or related disciplines
- Professional certifications in food safety management (preferred)
- Continuous education in modern bakery technologies
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with diverse bakery production equipment
- Knowledge of automated bakery systems and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Industry Experience:
- 3-5 years progressive experience in food production supervision
- Proven track record in FMCG bakery operations
