Production Management Excellence:

  • Supervise comprehensive bakery production activities across multiple production lines
  • Ensure production targets achievement while maintaining premium quality standards
  • Optimize production efficiency through lean manufacturing principles
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies and waste minimization programs

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, train, and motivate diverse production teams for maximum productivity
  • Conduct performance evaluations and skills development programs
  • Foster collaborative work environments promoting employee engagement
  • Implement safety training protocols reducing workplace incidents

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Monitor strict adherence to international food safety regulations
  • Enforce HACCP, ISO quality standards throughout production processes
  • Maintain hygiene protocols meeting Qatar’s stringent food safety requirements
  • Conduct regular quality audits ensuring product excellence

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage raw materials inventory optimization reducing operational costs

Essential Qualifications for Success

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Bakery Management, Food Science, or related disciplines

  • Continuous education in modern bakery technologies

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience with diverse bakery production equipment
  • Knowledge of automated bakery systems and Industry 4.0 technologies

Industry Experience:

  • 3-5 years progressive experience in food production supervision
  • Proven track record in FMCG bakery operations
