Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed monthly hygiene audits across all Food & Beverage areas, generate comprehensive reports, and implement effective corrective action plans. Maintain Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP) documentation in all kitchen and operational facilities.
Staff Management: Monitor personal hygiene and professional grooming standards for all food handlers. Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain accurate Occupational Health Card records and ensure staff compliance with health regulations.
Customer Service: Investigate food safety-related customer complaints promptly and thoroughly. Document all findings and coordinate with management to implement preventive measures and maintain customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Monitor daily hygiene standards across all Food & Beverage outlets. Conduct quarterly comprehensive inspections of outsourced food vendors and mobile food trucks, providing detailed reports according to established schedules.
Event Support: Provide specialized food safety support during major exhibitions, conferences, and special events, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
Essential Qualifications for Food Safety Officer Dubai
Educational Requirements:
- Mandatory: Diploma-level qualification in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
