The Food Technologist Role
As a Food Technologist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting site due diligence to ensure the production of safe, legal, authentic, and high-quality food products. This position involves managing all aspects of technical administration while working closely with our experienced technical team.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Food Technologist candidate will bring:
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in specification writing
- Proven track record with artwork approval processes
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
Key Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and compliance requirements
Position Details
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Cheshire – easily commutable from Warrington, Liverpool, Runcorn, Chester, and surrounding areas Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
