We are looking for passionate and qualified individuals to take on the role of “Team Lead Production” at Fauji Foods.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
– BE in Chemical Engineering or MSc. in Food Science & Technology
Experience:
– 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
– Understanding of workplace safety regulations
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and lead a team of production staff, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
– Supervise daily production activities to guarantee products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
– Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, or operational challenges efficiently.
– Maintain strict compliance with food safety and workplace safety policies.
– Monitor product quality at every stage of production, ensuring adherence to company standards.
– Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
– Collaborate with the maintenance team to promptly resolve equipment issues.
– Keep accurate records of production data, including outputs, downtime, and quality metrics.
– Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Stores teams to ensure seamless operations.
