Key Responsibilities That Drive Impact
Quality Systems Development & Implementation You’ll spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality control systems throughout our production processes, ensuring unwavering adherence to safety and quality standards that align perfectly with GMG’s rigorous guidelines. This involves creating robust frameworks that support consistent quality delivery across all operational touchpoints.
Product Testing & Analysis Excellence Your expertise will guide our product testing initiatives, where you’ll analyze detailed quality reports and establish decisive corrective actions when challenges arise. This analytical approach ensures that every product meeting our customers reflects the highest standards of quality and safety.
Site Audits & Workflow Optimization Regular site audits will be under your purview, working closely with production managers to identify opportunities for workflow improvements. You’ll continuously update quality protocols to ensure alignment with both regulatory requirements and evolving safety standards.
Quality Control Innovation You’ll play a critical role in implementing cutting-edge quality control measures, providing valuable insights on risk assessment while ensuring strict compliance with both local and international food safety laws. This forward-thinking approach keeps GMG at the forefront of industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Your collaborative spirit will shine as you liaise with our R&D team to integrate quality benchmarks for new products, while simultaneously training quality control staff on standard procedures. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our SAP ERP team to ensure accurate data management in QA reporting.
External Partnership Management You’ll coordinate with external certification bodies, managing crucial relationships with quality certification authorities while staying current on regulatory changes. Technical Excellence Requirements
Food Quality & Safety Expertise Advanced knowledge of food quality and safety standards is fundamental, accompanied by demonstrated skills in interpreting and implementing complex regulatory guidelines across diverse operational environments.
Analytical Proficiency Proficiency in utilizing sophisticated analytical tools for quality testing is essential, including hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems for real-time data documentation and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
