As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our fresh produce meets international quality benchmarks and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of fresh fruits and vegetables, monitoring quality control processes, implementing food safety protocols, and maintaining detailed quality assurance documentation. You’ll work closely with our procurement team, suppliers, and distribution partners to ensure consistent quality throughout the supply chain.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background: We require candidates to hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Food Science, or any related discipline. Your academic background should provide a solid foundation in food quality management, agricultural practices, and quality assurance principles.
Technical Knowledge: Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of fresh produce quality standards, including understanding of shelf life management, cold chain logistics, produce handling best practices, and international quality certifications. Familiarity with HACCP principles, ISO 22000, and UAE food safety regulations will be highly advantageous.
Professional Skills: Strong communication abilities are essential for this role, as you’ll be preparing detailed quality reports, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and presenting findings to management. Excellent written and verbal English proficiency is required, with additional Arabic language skills being a significant plus.
Experience Requirements: While candidates with prior experience in food quality inspection, agricultural quality control, or fresh produce handling are strongly preferred, we’re also welcoming applications from talented fresh graduates who are currently residing in the UAE and eager to launch their careers in food quality assurance.
