We are currently seeking an experienced Hygiene Officer to join our dynamic team immediately. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in food safety and hygiene management, with essential qualifications and experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and Maintain Hygiene Standards: Ensure a clean and safe working environment across all operations.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Perform regular assessments to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and Enforce HACCP Principles: Ensure all processes adhere to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
- Train Staff: Deliver training sessions on hygiene best practices and food safety protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Highfields Level 4 Award in Food Safety
- Highfields Level 4 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing/Catering
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in hygiene management within the catering or food manufacturing industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and regulatory compliance standards.

- Abu Dhabi Emirate
