📍 Position Details Food Safety Officers

• Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE
• Industry: Catering & Food Services
• Start Date: Immediate joining preferred

🎯 Core Responsibilities

Our QHSE Officers will spearhead critical food safety initiatives:

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Implement comprehensive hygiene standards across all operations
• Execute detailed audits and compliance inspections
• Monitor HACCP principles and food safety protocols
• Ensure adherence to UAE health regulations and international standards

Training & Development:

• Deliver specialized hygiene training programs to staff
• Develop best practice protocols for food handling
• Create awareness programs on safety procedures
• Maintain training documentation and compliance records

✅ Essential Qualifications

We seek candidates with proven expertise:

Required Certifications:

• Highfield Level 4 Award in Food Safety (mandatory)
• Highfield Level 4 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing/Catering
• NEBOSH Certification (current and valid)

Professional Experience:

• Extensive background in catering industry food safety
• Demonstrated hygiene management experience
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Regulatory compliance expertise in UAE/GCC markets
