Key Responsibilities as Quality Coordinator
As our Quality Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Ensuring compliance with international laboratory standards
- Supporting departmental projects and process improvements
- Managing quality documentation and procedures
- Conducting quality assessments and audits
- Training staff on quality protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, Quality Management or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Relevant work experience in quality management preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microbiology advantageous
Technical Skills:
- ISO 15189 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards knowledge
- Proficiency in document management software and quality tools
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Language Requirements:
- English, German, and/or Luxembourgish skills highly valued
Personal Qualities:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and training skills
