Job Responsibilities:
- Food Safety Program Management: Develop and implement robust food safety and sanitation protocols across all clusters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to educate them on hygiene practices, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure high sanitation standards are maintained.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential food safety hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sanitation processes and prepare reports for senior management on compliance and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend improvements for sanitation procedures and food safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree or certification in food safety, microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in food safety management, sanitation, or quality control.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to address sanitation challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to monitor sanitation processes and identify potential risks.
