Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards, including ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and related protocols.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in quality control or a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Location Requirement: Must currently be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor production processes to ensure food safety and quality compliance.
- Perform sampling, testing, and documentation of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO guidelines in daily operations.
- Report and resolve quality issues with production teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results.
